The attainment of each level is achieved by the student upon his successful learning and passing the examination as set by IWCI on both the ‘Theory’ and ‘Practice’ for the specific Level. The ‘Theory’ and ‘Practice’ parts of each level are designed by the IWCI Headquarters to cover appropriately the contents and skills to be learned by the student in relation to the components of ‘Form’, ‘Solo Exercises’, ‘Two Men Exercises’, ‘Chi Sao’, and ‘Lut Sao Sparring’ of the respective level.
The fulfillment of the required number of hours at school of the student, which he/she attended for training is one determining factor as to whether the student is qualified for the Grade to be awarded by IWCI Headquarters.
Grading examination will be held regularly. Students’ attainment in different levels will be posted in the Genealogy section of the Headquarters’ website.
