basic Wing Chun Training for youth during summer holiday
Learn the
application of hand/fist techniques and footwork
Enhance
youngster’ potential, concentration, communication and
social skills thru disciplinary training
Learn self
defending techniques in a safe environment
Provide a
channel for youngster to release energy and pressure
Enhance
self-esteem and confidence

Application
of Wing Chun hand techniques and footwork, including Huen Sao,
Fan Lap, Tan Sao, Jut Sao, Wu Sao, Fook Sao, Pak Sao, Lap Sao,
Gaun Sao, Kau Sao, Bong Sao, Jum Sao, Gum Sao, Straight Punch,
Chung Jeung, Fak Sao, Ding Sao, High Side Palm, Low Side Palm,
Biu Sao, stance and how to coordinate footwork with hand
techniques
Basic
Wing Chun principles, including, Centerline, Facing, Division of
Body, Static Elbow and Simultaneous Defense and Attack
Learning
of the whole Siu Nim Tau Form
Basic
Wing Chun self defending techniques
